Prize: Attendance by the winner and a guest of the winner at Shaq’s Fun House 2022, scheduled on February 11, 2022, at The Shrine in Los Angeles, CA (the “Event”). The guest of the winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older on the day of the Event, fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as approved or authorized for use in the United States and shall not have tested positive for COVID-19 at any time following January 5, 2022. Participation at the Event by the guest of the winner is conditioned upon execution of full releases as provided by the Sponsor or its representative.
The winner and the guest of the winner will be flown economy class from, and returned to, the winner’s state of legal residence. The winner and his, her or their guest must follow the same flight itinerary.
The winner and the guest of the winner will be provided with: (1) one standard double room at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA on February 11, 2022, for one (1) night; two (2) VIP tickets (one (1) VIP ticket for the winner and one (1) VIP ticket for the guest of winner) to the Event; (3) ten thousand United States dollars’ ($10,000 USD) worth of Bitcoin (such value shall be calculated at the exchange rate on Fulfillment Company’s (as defined below) website https://ftx.us/ at the time of the transfer/deposit to the winner); and (4) a meet and greet with Shaquille O’Neal at the Event.
