This vegan, raw chocolate pudding is amazingly rich and delicious. It’s good for you, full of healthy fats and is ready in no time. What’s not to love? You’ll be making it again and again.
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
6 tablespoons cocoa powder (adjust to taste. You might like less or more)
4 tablespoons maple syrup (again, adjust to taste)
1/2 cup coconut cream (the solid stuff on the top of the coconut milk can)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a food processor or use a hand blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Refrigerate and serve well chilled.
