Photographer Gabriele Galimberti has been travelling the world taking pictures of children and their favourite toys. And his pictures have been compiled in a book titled Toy Stories.
Galimberti went to Africa, Indonesia, China, Japan, all over Europe and to a total of more than 50 countries, capturing kids posing with their prized playthings – be they an array of stuffed animals, a single truck or, like, 20 pairs of sunglasses.
It’s not unlike James Mollison’s Where Children Sleep series, which captured where kids lay their heads around the world.
Toy Stories was published by Abrams books, released March 25th.
